NWSend: send and receive Novell NetWare messages

The NWSend is no longer under development. We have stopped to support this product since January 1st, 2009. We recommend that you check out other software, instead of installing our NWSend. If you want to purchase it no matter what, please, write us.

What is NWSend

NWSend Screenshots NWSend allows sending and receiving messages between Novell NetWare users that have Novell Client32 installed, integrated with NDS and eDirectory.

The program sends messages using the same protocol as the standard NetWare utility does, so that everybody can receive such messages without any additional software required.

In contrast to the standard Novell utility, NWSend gives you a very flexible and useful way to select your messages’ recipients: you may filter the users using NDS properties and obtain the list of users extremely FAST. The incredible speed of the program (it’s at least twice as faster as any other available solution) allows you to work easily and without any unneeded delays.

For further streamlined workflow, NWSend allows you to store ten frequently used messages and send them with one mouse click.

Comparing NWSend with the standard Novell Client our program has several advantages:

  • Utilizes the same standard protocol.
  • Maximum message size is 64 KB, not just 250 characters as in the standard client.
  • The number of lines per message is unlimited (in contrast with the maximum 3 lines of the Novell tool).
  • Users may send messages to any user group available in NDS (not only to Bindery groups, as with the standard client).
  • A complete message history — both sent and received.
  • A complete set of filtration rules for users list, it is even possible to use existing NDS attributes.
